"Seriously the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever encountered. Aside from their incredibly slow service in drive through (have waited, no joke, 15 min on multiple occasions, they aren’t happy or friendly or anything. And with the slow drive through I thought I’d give the counter a shot. No deal? Why? Because at 10:00 on a Friday they decided to lock the doors. I assume it’s due to staffing but that ain’t my problem. Hire more people, pay them a decent wage so they show up and schedule better to ensure you have adequate staffing. Total joke, do not bother going."
"Whoever is the owner/manager is a complete moron and lacks any consideration. It's been a week since it snowed and they STILL haven't removed ANY of the snow on their sidewalks and you're on a corner so it's impossible to cross the street with my wheelchair. You realize it's your responsibility and illegal not to remove it. Now I have to take the time to contact the city too. I hope you're ashamed by the laziness and lack of respect you've shown for others. I'll be placing a call to the restaurant now and if it's not removed by the end of today I'm going to take pictures of the giant mounds (it's beyond ridiculous) and post them on Twitter because all corporations really care about it public shaming anyways."
