"Skilled, inexpensive, and prompt speaker repair! Brought my 52 year old JBL L-100 speakers in for diagnostic and tune-up. At home, I was hearing intermittent cutting-out of music in mids and lows, with some static. Since my amp is a 35 year old Kenwood KA-89, I didn't know if the speakers were failing or if it was the amp. Maybe the crossovers going out? Morgan had my speakers ready in less than a week. They did not find any component failures. They did clean up the insides and ran diagnostics that determined the speakers were working at specs. They even tested the speakers by playing music through them for 30 minutes. I took them home and after playing several CDs, the speakers sound flawless. No more cutting-out and no more static distortion at times. Thanks, Morgan."

"We had a very mediocre experience having Morgan Sound repair microphone jacks in our small school gym. All of our questions, from asking for clarification in the estimate to dismay as to why we paid full price for only one of four jacks to finally work were met with condescension and inflexibility. They didn't accurately analyze our system initially and then didn't fix it fully nor in the way they said they would. They hesitatingly took a paltry amount off of our large bill as their technicians didn't work a full day. SO - Go to Morgan Sound if you want a service attitude that says, "We are experts and you aren't. We charge what we want and do what we want. If you don't like it go somewhere else.""
