The Home Depot

"I just got back from Home Depot, picking up some studs and 2 sheets of drywall. There were 2 young men at the registers talking. I went over on my knee scooter with a broken foot, asked if I could get help loading 2 sheets of drywall. The first guy said, we can call someone over. The other young man, Ben, he said, "That's ok. I'll just go help him." He immediately did. After loading my 2 pieces, he asked if there was anything else I was shopping for, or if I was ready to check out. I said there's just a couple items more. He went and got them for me, then pushed the cart to a register, opened it and rang me out. He told me to wait a second, found someone and the 2 guys took it out and loaded it all for me! This is why I prefer to go to Home Depot in the last hr they are open. There's almost no customers and service is really good, but tonight, Ben was great! Thanks Ben! Had to share this!"

"This will be my 2nd review left in my 60 years. I thought it important. For feedback . I usually go to Lowe's because it's so close to my house but I have had bad customer service there most of the time. My husband had stroke 10 yrs ago and can't do stuff so I have to go and find things that I not very educated on. That being said I never look forward to going to Lowe's. Today was a different trip my husband suggested going to Home Depot he said he liked the store better and I thought well I will give it a try. When I got there I was extremely hesitant due to my experiences with the last hardware store I walked up to someone by the name of Craig I have to say that this kid made my experience painless not only did he look up the exact garage door opener he also helped me register to have somebody come to my house and put the thing in. I am 60 years old, full time care giver. I manage two large dental offices have done clinical for 40 years when it comes to going to a hardware store I am a fish out of water I will always be grateful to Craig for his kindness, grace and making experience today painless. I was dreading it, not to mention he has a great sense of humor very easy going. I'm a terrible customer if I'm irritated he made my experience extremely Pleasant I will now be shopping at Home Depot in the future thank you Craig!! sincerely Margie Lynnwood Washington"

"Compared to other places the Home Depot is a large store. Has higher quality brands...this store centers around the working class and trades, contractors ect... Quality and proven tool brand names. Quality brand items that will last and last a long time! Very important that the things we spend money on for ourselves or for a customer/client are of a high quality and last like they should. Example: the blue 5gal bucket at lowes last for about 2 seconds and the bottom cracks or breaks. Ok for Suzie homebody but still bound to fill up landfill sites. Garb... I still have my orange Home Depot bucket."

"Home depot always has the best indoor plant selection. Even when I'm just along for trip when my boyfriend needs to make a Home Depot run, I almost always end up coming home with another new house plant. They have a big variety of indoor plants to choose from. We recently scored a Venus Fly Trap plant at Home Depot. This thing really does enjoy eating little fruit flies. This plant has kept both my 7 year old and I entertained :)"
