"I had a leak in my 20 year old spa that ive really enjoyed over the years, but it is coming to the end of its life. I reached out to Rich’s to see if they had any good deals, and Keith answered and offered to have our service department come out first to fix it before pushing me in trying to buy one. I did appreciate his offer, but I was ready for a new one. He visited the home to show me what they offered and he helped guide me into a smaller spa, cause realistically that’s all I needed for just me and my partner. I have received the spa now, and he has continued to be a support system for all my spa questions. Rich’s service department has also been a big help. They’re quick in responding, and coming out to the home if there’s a question I have. I feel fortunate in going this direction with Rich’s."

"We worked with Katieanne on purchasing a new gas fireplace insert. She was very helpful and easy going. We had some delays as the installer could not install the insert due to the fireplace being framed with wood. We had a company recommended by the installer to come out and reframe and finish our fireplace. It was easy to schedule installation. Katieanne was very supportive thru the delay and very helpful. Over all, it was a very good experience. I would not hesitate to work with Rich's again in the future."
