"Worked with Lisa in the Appliance Dept. She was great upfromt about knowledge and worked with Manager on whacky pricing that occured during our transaction. Online had a lower price (for same store!) and in-store didn't automatically recommend the necessary parts/elements for the new washer/dryer to be hooked up properly. We got ita ll sorted, Lisa had to work later than her shift and we spent an extra hour at Lowe's that wasn't necessary had it been accurate and smooth initially. Overall tho, give Lisa a 10 or 11 on rating and store staff points as they are always cheerful and kind."

"I was helped by I believe someone named Andrew. He not only got the microwave down from an upper shelf I couldn't reach, but her took it to the case register, helped me check out and then took it to my car! It was the best customer service I've ever had at a big box store. I will always check this store first when I need home improvement items. Thank you to this young man for his caring service. I wish all employees everywhere were this helpful and conscientious."
"I go here often. It's my favorite home improvement store based on location to my house, and the fact that I know where everything is in the store and can find things easily. Sometimes returning things takes way too long as you watch five or six people behind the counter conversing about some issue, but not helping customers!"
"I would like to commend Les in the plumbing section. The guy is great and helped me to solve a plumbing problem. (Toilet issue) It is nice to find guys like him in box stores that are actually willing to help, and know what they are talking about. He is an exception. Thanks Les!"
