"I had the best experience at this Lynnwood Best Buy location! The customer service was absolutely outstanding!! I usually shop at the Northgate Best Buy location but they were closed due to an emergency maintenance issue. I’m very glad I was able to find this location! Victoria helped me out and she was wonderful. She was very attentive and knowledgeable as well! I will happily return to this Best Buy location in the future. All of the employees I interacted with were very positive and friendly. I felt welcomed, which was appreciated."
"I had a problem with my old laptop which I have coverage on through Best Buy Total. It was a hardware issue that couldn't be solved by the online help. It was easily solved by taking it in, then them letting me know what fan to order off of Amazon and a quick return appointment to have it installed. I had had the hard drive replaced a few years ago, the laptop is still super fast and has lots of room left so I felt no need to replace it. I was glad to solve it this way. This policy is my most utilized insurance coverage and I've been impressed with their responses."
"Five stars for Nolan in the car audio department! I got a new receiver installed back in December, and it needed to be done in a particular way for my older model FJ which does not come with a stock backup camera . Nolan was so helpful and friendly and understood exactly what I was asking for. Two months later and I couldn’t be happier with the job he did! Thanks Nolan!!"
"Don't go here for car audio. After multiple calls, being told they could work on my car over the phone, I met in person only to be told my car isn't supported because their system doesn't have info on last year's models. The car tech and everyone I spoke to could have spent 2 minutes to look up my car while on the phone with me and saved myself a trip. The install kits are identical to the years prior too. Any google search would have told him that. The car tech also insisted I had a dedicated amp already installed when I didn't. Clearly they're not experts and you get what you pay for here"
"It's interesting that when you call, it takes 55 minutes and you end up in India. I had an e-gift card that they couldn't get to work, so instead of addressing the issue, they said "sorry, we can't use this". This gift card was issued by Best Buy for a defective product."
