"Gayton Pointe is a clean and quiet townhome neighborhood. It’s one of the few townhome style apartment complexes in the west end of Henrico which is what I was looking for. Upon moving in, my unit was clean and the PM and maintenance were quick to fix any initial issues I had. The fitness center and pool are great. The SmartHome features are very convenient. All types of people and ages live here. People are friendly. Lots of dogs. Water pressure is great. AC/heat works great. Cons: Smoking is allowed in units which is disappointing because smoke seeps through walls(hope you get lucky with neighbors because they play a pretty big role in your experience….one of mine chain smokes all day), the units show their age(ex. Squeaky upstairs floors/worn out exterior doors/ coax internet connection only/slow upload speeds!!!) like it could be fixed but it’s not a huge deal(the round toilets are criminal though lol), I do wish this place had more public lighting in common areas and a security system/cameras. This isn’t some fancy new apartment in Scott’s Addition, but it certainly is cozy and I appreciate being able to walk out of my door to my car."
"My overall experience of living at Gayton Pointe has been positive. It has a good location in the West End and it is an easy walk to Gayton Crossing. The surrounding area on and off the apartment complex are nice. The grounds are well-kept. The staff are courteous. The heating and air conditioning are reliable, the townhomes are comfortable."
"I have truly loved living here. The pool is amazing along with the fire pit and grilling area. I haven’t been to the movie theater yet. But I’m so looking forward to it in the fall. A nice cool walk in the evening. The property is well kept up. With projects in the works to improve the community. The maintenance staff is top notch. He is right there with you for any problems. Pet station are all throughout the property. There is also a bark park. I can say that I recommend Gayton Pointe to anyone who is looking to move to a quiet beautiful home . Thank you GP."
