"Poor service. Staff aren’t nice at all. My husband was sick in the bed and I attempted to bring him oatmeal and an apple. It was 8:45am and breakfast closed at 9am. They made me throw the food in the garbage and said “no out food.” Food must be consumed in the dining room. I called my husband to come to The dining room. So they locked the doors. Cheap and Rude!!! I’m a Diamond Elite with Choice but this is subpar."
"Charging a $ 50 deposit for potential damages should be a warning as you register. But when exhausted and it's getting pretty late, you take a chance. Should have kept driving. Hotel, not in a very active/occupied area, room- dirty, smelly, bed not usable- very low and uncomfortable. Mold on bathroom ceiling, hair on the bathroom floor. People banging doors open/shut ALL night long. Obviously, one of those places. Did not feel safe, very little if any rest. Had planned to rest in and relax a bit in the AM, but got out as soon as light hit. Would not stay here or any Sleep Inn again."
"I really enjoyed my stay here. The rooms were clean and service was really good. The hotel staff even went out of their way to hold onto my smartwatch that I accidentally left behind and called me so I could come and get it. That alone gets my trust with them. I’d definitely stay here again."
"When we first got there, no one was at the front desk. My husband had to ring the bell several times before someone got there. Apparently she was upstairs and didn't get reception. The room was old and rundown looking. My husband sat on one of the beds and it went up in the air off its boards. The ac barely worked. The shower dripped all night and was grungy looking. I wouldn't even take a shower in it. The next morning at breakfast they ran out of coffee and we had to find someone to refill it. We asked for butter but the receptionist looked around and said there was none. My husband found it a short while later. If it wasn't so late at night and we were tired from traveling all day we would have found another hotel. Stay here at your own risk."
"Rooms were clean but felt small as you couldn't use the drawers underneath the closet bureau which would have been nice w/2 people sharing for 8 days..a/c kept them from opening. Maid was good about daily cleaning but never refilled in room coffee after first morning so had to go to lobby. Decent continental breakfast. Easy access to and from work. Wish they had a pool."
