"I recently visited The Current to help a friend who lives there and WOW, is this place beautiful! I needed to pick up some packages for my friend and Grace helped me to do so. She was so kind and helpful. I just couldn't help but to go on and give her a review."

"I haven't event done a tour of this property yet but let me tell you... Kaitlyn was fantastic and answered all my questions. Seems like a fantastic property with a great leasing team. Can't wait to tour and hopefully call the current my home in the future! Edit: now that I live here, I am even more impressed with this apartment complex and couldn't be happier with my adorable studio. Words cant describe how wonderful the leasing team of Kaitlyn, Logan, and Grace are. They have been soooo patient with me and helpful with the whole process of moving. Highly recommend!"

"Great community, nice layouts and beautiful finishes in the units. Caitlin worked with me last year basically dragging me in, I'm a tough sell lol. I just moved last week to Northern Virginia, I miss this place. Rarely do you find leasing agents and the property managers care about residents once they've signed the lease and in, they go above and beyond to ensure the Current is home. Don't think twice, move in. Oh and Hatch Local is amazing too!"

"This is the best place to live downtown. So much to do around this Manchester area, the residents are friendly, and it is very up-kept. Ethan is a great employee who will assist you in a very quick and efficient manner, too!"

"Stayed here for a year, being a newly constructed apartment complex, all the appliances and light fixtures were brand new as well as energy saving, which factors in more than I can elaborate. There was a nice little key fob which gave access to the electronic apartment lock and in turn access to all the amenities as well. It barely took up any space on my keychain, which I liked since keys clunking around in the pocket can be a hassle. The washer and dryer was huge, have always had problems washing huge comforters, but none of that here. The apartment was very well insulated and so the HVAC was very efficient, even on the top floor, not to mention that the sound proofing was great as well. Water pressure and water heater capacity was excellent as well with outlets in the bathroom if you have an electronic bidet. Maintenance staff was friendly, helpful and courteous; made staying there even better. They would always come around to change filters or perform preventative maintenance on regular intervals with advance notice. There were two electronically controlled package rooms, which gave peace of mind if you were having any packages delivered. There were large carts placed in the package room for residents to use which provided added convenience for retrieving heavy packages or getting a bunch of grocery bags from the car. The leasing office staff was always very informative, helpful and looked into any requests promptly, not to mention making sure to regularly email/post notices with updates like preventative pest control dropping by. They also always made sure the package carts were in the package rooms for residents to use, which I greatly appreciated. The apartment came with preinstalled Xfinity internet with a fixed monthly rate included in the rent, which was convenient. Access to the parking garage utilized the same key fob as the apartment and you could park on the same floor as your apartment, only walk a few steps to be home! Parking is expensive, especially if you're working from home, since it is hourly. I remember paying $170 for a month when I didn't go out much. I was always able to find a spot on the street cause of the view from the apartment. Would park in the garage when need be. There were multiple large elevators, so you wouldn't have to wait around and a separate loading dock with it's own elevator for moving big things. I don't have any pets here, but there was a gated place to take your pets to do their business on the top floor in case you didn't want to step outside. I've attached a photo where you can see the green patch next to the parking lot. There were also some supplies for keeping your pets feet clean and stuff. The cleaning staff was great as well, courteous, always keeping the hallways and other areas looking great. The views from the apartment were nothing short of spectacular with windows spanning from the floor to the ceiling. I've attached some photos taken while there, the aloe plant was not doing so great when moving in, but you can see it's mighty healthy from all the sunlight when moving out. The refrigerator had a working ice maker. My previous apartment did not have a working ice maker and I never bothered to put in a ticket since it was during covid. I ended up buying some ice cube trays and spending more time than I would like to admit, of my life filling and placing those trays in the freezer just to make ice cubes. After that experience, it was great to have a working ice maker at The Current. I would recommend staying here if it fits your use case, neighbors were great and friendly too."
