"I wish I could give this Hilton 4.5 stars because it's not a four-star Hilton but it definitely not a five-star Hilton. Staff were polite and efficient. The gym was more basic than other Hiltons, the business center was closed, and the executive lounge was closed. Rooms were clean and updated. The hotel grounds were very well-kept and renovated."

"Returned from overseas 12/29, not feeling well we called the hotel to cancel our NYE celebration, left voicemail after being forwarded by front desk. Called back 12/30 and was told even though you’re feeling sick there was zero refunds & cancellations, and the cancellation notice at the bottom of the NYE Celebration email is not acceptable. Won’t be going back after the horrible customer service we received. They clearly don’t mind having sick people at their huge events."

"Great hotel, service was on point, kinda did miss the free coffee from the other Hilton as this one has Starbucks coffee inside and well we all know 6-7$ a cup vs Free... Yeah. Outside of coffee the area was quiet and the garage parking was a nice change aside from the event on Saturday which cause the garage to be full with people just parking in there for 4-5 hours during the event making it had for the actual staying guest to parking in the garage or at all. But regardless Awesome place to stay, awesome view, fast elevators, and great service, comfortable beds, and just the environment was home like."
