"Absolutely worst place I've ever rented from, I can't believe they expect 1k a month.... insane.... the maintenance does NOTHING. If you have a problem, its your problem. They will not work with you in ANY WAY they just want these things 1. Your money every month, they don't care if your child has cancer. 2. To not answer the phone and deal with ANY problems. 3. To do NO maintenance and avoid having to spend any of their own money. This entire place and everything around it is trash, save yourself and at least come LOOK at it if you don't believe me......"

"Maintenance issues after issue. Loud rumbling sound coming through my wall . When I first moved in I had to go 6 days without a hot shower b/c of a bad hot water heater they finally replaced. Mice made holes in my kitchen and pantry walls, running around my apartment and no exterminator called, maintenance was sent to cover the holes with a piece of wood but since they didn't actually use poison or steel wool they back and I hear them in the ceiling. The apartment was in very old condition when I moved in, it looked nothing like the walk through video I was sent. I was supposed to have all hardwood floors but there was old carpet in my living room area that smelled like piss, it took me at least a month to finally get rid of the smell. The paint on the tub is already cracking away and I just moved in April. I have no peace, it has been hell here and these apartments are right behind a seafood store so you can forget about sitting on your balcony most days because the smell from that place is horrible."

"Water/trash is the only thing included in rent. Hot water and heat are run on city gas, which you have to get in your name as well as the electricity. FAR from being all inclusive. And there's no pool. Come on, KRS."

"Lived here for 3 years, in the townhouse section. Place is not great and likely never was. Maintenance barely fixes things, our AC doesn't work right but they won't do anything and our fridge doesn't keep cool enough either, I gotta keep ice blocks in there for it to stay cool enough and maintenance says it's fine despite having come out numerous times. There are rat holes in the ground outside of my neighbor's unit and while I have not seen any signs of them since moving in (my pets probably help to deter them) there are large holes in the wall where the washer/dryer go that have been like this since we moved in and the doorways are not sealed either. You can actually see light coming in the gaps. Last year people came to powerwash the exterior and do some other work and we were not notified beforehand. Thankfully I was home at the time because water was spraying in from the front and back doors and caused a large puddle in the floor (see included video) Thankfully my unit doesn't have carpet but I know most of these do so I know my neighbors had a nasty surprise that day. Building is run down."
