"There’s always trash piling up by the garbage area and corona glass bottles in the streets/parking area. Loud music all hours of the day and night neighbors always fighting and arguing late night when there drunk. Wild dogs/cat all over always trying to run inside your apartment. Including dog sh!t on the gas no one picks up after there animals. And the rent keeps going up smh. Foreigners bringing roaches into the country and when you tell them about it they tell you that it’s your fault and charge you for extermination"

"Don’t move here. Property management is horrible and they tow your car even if you have a parking sticker. They break in cars and try to steal them as early as 5 in the evening. The residence take shopping carts from Food Lion and leave them all over the neighborhood and the parking lots. You could wake up one day and your car and your mailbox is missing. I grew up in this area and it has definitely changed and I don’t feel safe here."

"This place is trash. Bug infested. Trash everywhere. Office manager is unacceptable. Treats you like they are your boss. Tows cars at your cost all the time. Comes in house without permission. Hold your deposit more then 45 days and says it's Corp. Take up with them. Manager very rude won't even give you Corp. Office number says it's on web site to look up. Which it is not on website. Paid to live in place with pool they never open up,, says pool cleaning machine broke. So won't get new one. So it's closed and faults advertising also a dog park with no door so you can't use. Staff is also rude, only found one nice employee. Owner co. Must not care as long as they get money. My apt. Was one of nicest ones they say when I moved but yet couldn't get my deposit in a timely manner and house was rented out before 30 day and I still waiting and they don't care. Went lots of times to make sure I can pick check up there, then they said they mail it to some address we didn't tell to send then at 45 days I went for my check which was rudely address and did not have my money. I have a video of rudnessi wish I could post video. Stay away and for price they ripping you off."

"I have been living here for 3 months and it's has been a nightmare. I really can't catch a break. This apartment has leaks, mold, roaches, and mice. I have tried to break the lease and they refuse to let me out. I have been having a daily battle with mice and will update all the reviewers of my progress. Especially since Crystal Lakes refuses to help. I can't believe I pay almost $1500 a month to live like this. Updated 11/20/2023 I have caught 3 more mice. This place is disgusting. No one is even answering my phone calls."

"I would not suggest moving here. I have been a resident for 3 years. The parking situation is now out of control. I have reached out to the rental office about my concerns several times with no progress. If you are not home by 7pm forget about having a place to park. The parking lot was full with no spaces this past weekend so I had to park on the curb. I have a toddler and i don’t to walk far at night with her. My car was towed. Let me add it’s a car that has had a flat for weeks that had not been towed to free a space for someone else. When I reach out to my apartment for a tow reimbursement because they are aware of the situation. I was told that is not something they do and to write down who I notice that has more than 2 stickers per apartment. They also stated the car with the flat tire they will give them 24 hours to remove the vehicle.. I didn’t get warning notice or any type of courtesy. Again do not move here parking is terrible and management is doing nothing to fix it."
