"EXCELLENT service thus far!! We just moved December 2023 and had some minor issues the first week Dominique from maintenance addressed the issue right away. Second main issue we had January 3 was with the heating component and ended up needing to be replaced Mark and other maintenance team came and assisted him. He handled our issue in one day and had our hot water and heat up and ready by the end of the day. They are awesome and deserve to be rewarded indefinitely. Thank you Mark and Dominique as well as the office staff for the immediate response y’all provided. You guys rock! TY—Tony and Michelle #911"
"Only lived here about a month but so far, maintenance has been super on top of all of the minor issues popping up. What I thought was a roach that had me worried, we reached out and pest control came within the day and checked the apartment - NOT a roach- whew- treated the apartment just in case. Issues with condensation in windows, maintenance has been by within a few hours to fix things. They were sharing that the building’s windows are from the 80’s so it makes sense why there are these issues popping up- the maintenance people said that they have mentioned to management that the buildings need new windows so hopefully that will come soon- without a crazy rent increase! Feels quite safe and haven't had issues with parking, yet. Hoping things will continue well and even improve as much as possible (without making things too much pricier)."
"The apartments are nice and the staff is friendly/helpful. The amenities fall short with the gym feeling like there’s no heat at all and the computer room desktops being so slow/sometimes not even able to access internet. It’s too expensive to have these kinds of issues There’s also only one dumpster in the entire complex which means for most people it’s nowhere near you"
"We are staying in Crossings community from more than a year. We have fantastic time here. The community servicing team is awesome, specially Mark, they pretty much resolve the service request same day."
"It's been a pleasant experience visiting this community over this weekend. Young girl in the office was kind and attentive to all the necessary information we needed. Area looks well maintained, grounds are neat, and most importantly seems like a quite place to live. Definitely worth considering a good option to move in."
