"I recently switched to Dr. Richwine and have had 2 appointments with him so far. For years, at different doctors, I have felt like cattel being shuttled in and out. Not this place. He really listens to you and isn't just moving on to the next patient. MOST importantly, when you get a refferral, his office staff gets everything set up for you and calls you along the way to let you know where everything stands, so you're not left wondering what's going on. This doctor and the wonderful colleagues that work with him are so responsive. I can send messages through the site and get a response within the same day. "Dr. Richwine is an extremely kind and caring physician who listens carefully and offers suggestions on lifestyle, when relevant, and sound medical advice, always. His office runs smoothly from check in to check out. We receive quality referrals that are handled efficiently by his staff. We have had a few problems in the past with our prescriptions being sent to the local pharmacy instead of the mail order service, but this issue seems to have been remedied. (We checking out, we take responsibility for verifying which pharmacy to use, a good practice to insure that our prescriptions are properly handled according to our wishes.) His medical assistants are superior, thorough and friendly, particularly Deborah. Max and I have been very pleased with our medical care through Dr. Richwine."
