"Really bad customer service. At the check out counter in the back was a chaos. Lots of shoes behind the cashier. Nobody knew which shoes for which customers. There were a lot of employees walking in and out through a back door but not helping customers. Good luck waiting for your shoes to come out from the back."
"I gave this place a 5 star mainly because of a staff member named Xavier. Xavier was really helpful; He helped me lace my shoes because I couldn't and he answered my questions as well. He is a great example of a good staff member!"
"I called to ask a simple question. The phone rang about 20 times and a female answered RUDELY "can I help you" My granddaughters received shoes for Christmas but they are boy sizes and a little big. I asked if I can exchange them and what would I need since they were a gift. She responded a receipt and hung up in my face. From all the reviews I've read this is one store I will avoid!! If you don't want to deal with customers get out of the customer service business PERIOD!!"
"The manager has an hideous attitude. I have never been treated so poorly. He was yelling at people, just unbelievable. I wanted to return shoes that I brought for my kid, but the shoes were too small. My kid only tried them on at home. The next day I went up there to return which is in the return policy guidelines and he told me I can't return them. I asked him why and he responded, "because I said so". I believe he's a family member of the store owner so he does what he wants to do. Hopefully Hulen Mall will get him out because it makes the mall look bad."
