"I went in there supposedly in a slow day so I could get good costumer service but this is not a place where people will go out of their way to help you, workers saw and ignored me and when I finally requested for help they told me to they would get to me as soon as possible, well I waited for 20 minutes and nothing and left the store, I would give the benefit of the doubt if they were busy but this definitely wasn’t the case since there was probably more employees than costumers, unbelievable"
"This location is much smaller than the one at the Northeast Mall. The Northeast Mall is actuallyn2 stories. So if you don’t see something you are looking for check over there. One things this location has going for it is that it’s just off the highway. So if you’re looking to make a quick shopping trip this one is much easier to get in and out of. Overall this is a decent Dick’s Sporting Goods with a pretty good selection."
"Lost my business when they wouldn’t honor my expired rewards while I was in the hospital for a few months. What’s the point in earning reward credit if they expire like coupons? Corporate greed?"
"I didn't like how they had the Texas Rangers World Series Champions merchandise dumped on tables like in a garage sale. And, these items didn't have garage sale prices."
