"Today was the very first time I was at the Dance Shop. I went to Dancers Closet in Arlington and the lady was so extremely nice and helpful. I told her I had had a double hip replacement and she was awesome about helping me with my shoes. Bending over can be a bit painful at time. She helped me the whole way. So when she didn’t have the shoes I needed she suggested I go to Dance Shop in Ft Worth Texas. When I walked in the atmosphere was totally different. I asked for the shoes I needed and I also told her I had had a double hip replacement. However this experience was a complete 180 degrees from my previous experience. The lady supposed to be helping me was anything but helpful. She stood there while I struggled to get the shoes buckled. Offering No help at all. I finally had to get help so I said something again and she finally helped me. And I was trying on 90.00 shoes. I will never shop there again. Had I not needed the shoes for rehearsal tonight I would have ordered them online. I called the Dancers Closet and thanked her for being so nice. I will shop there from now on. If she can’t get me what I need I’ll order it online. But the Dance Shop in Ft Worth is off my list."
