"Had to wait 35 minutes for shoes we paid $110 for, they need to improve the shoe department, hire more employees or something. If those shoes didn't fit we would of had to wait 35 more minutes, thank goodness they fit or we would of left!"

"DO NOT SHOP HERE! I have spent way too much money at the store to get an attitude for asking a simple question. Once I got done, asking my question and I realize the worker there that I was talking to seem like she was bothered by my presence I then headed up to the counter to rectify the situation, once I asked the young lady at the counter, what her name was and can I speak to the manager I again got treated with another attitude from her saying they’re not in. At this point don’t worry about it after reading majority of the reviews that’s on here. I’m surprised the store is even still open. If you don’t like your job, don’t work there do something that makes you happy and not come to work every day with an attitude. I will take this straight up to corporate."

"Would not recommend shopping here and do not dare asking any questions when it’s 10min until closing time you will get an attitude just asked to use a change room before buying rain gear that was $60 would like to make sure it fits first but got an attitude instead I just put my item back and walked out at this point academy has better customer service and when I asked what the black girl name was who was working the register on 1/21/24 at closing what her name was so I could pin point the issue the blonde older white lady decided to play dumb. Also walked out at 6:59 you close at 7 not a second earlier."

"Horrible experience going into this location for the first time. My receipt showed that teammate “Mason” was the one who assisted me. I told her I wanted to exchange something I purchased online and she rolled her eyes. She told me to go get what I wanted to exchange it with and come back. I did, and when I was waiting again (no one in front of me in line) she just stared at me, as if I needed to initiate the transaction. Then when she gave me my receipt to sign, she threw it on the counter, never made eye contact and just looked like she despised her job and customers. Then she threw my personal receipt. Horrible service. I doubt everyone who works there is just as bad, but geeze Mason. Lost a customer."

"This review is for the district management to know about how bad customer service you have in this store. If you complain to the store manager Anthony, you get a worse experience!!! Everyone’s experience at this store will be a hit or miss!! Only depends on who you get to deal with. If you get an employee with an attitude, don’t even bother to tell his manager. I would like to go to other stores. If you keep this bad customer service in your store with no fix you won’t stay here for long!!!!!!!"
