"Maintenance did not do what they said they would. Cockroaches are still everywhere. Hole in the wall and under countertops remain. Looks like they just came in to walk around. Also, please do not come into my apartment unannounced. I don’t want to be held liable if my dog bites or escapes out the front door."

"I can’t wait until my lease is up the floors/ceilings are thin so you hear everything! I’ve had an animal in my wall/ceiling since I’ve moved in (September) and my upstairs neighbors are HORRIBLE, kids running back and forth all day and there’s nothing you can do about it except complain with no outcome. I was gonna stay because I was gauranteed first pick of a renovated unit but I’ll pass. I’ve had enough of these “Luxury” apartments."

"This is a very friendly place to reside in. It’s 55 + residence and since the moment I took my elderly friend to take a look at it, she feel in love with the atmosphere and the people. Everyone there from the staff to the residence are so sweet, engaging and truly make you feel welcomed. Check them out! This was a review I gave awhile ago… an update. At first glance I was deceived by the upfront atmosphere of the place. After getting familiar with the residence I have made some lovely friends and they all have expressed their complains about this place. Sadly it was goes on in the background that’s concerning. Many residents have left and many who have lived there are being forced to leave. These are elderly ppl on a monthly budget… it’s hard to watch and hear what they’re going through. It be best to speak to the residents before making any assumptions."
