"Front desk staff is AWESOME! I was here for 2 weeks for a work trip and was made so comfortable by how kind the staff is. All of them greeted me with a smile and chatted with me no matter the time of day. Really great staff here. The hotel itself is nothing special, and small things like water pressure and lack of natural light was sort of a bummer, but the amenities here were great and I felt very comfortable in my second home!"
"I Came To McAllen On A Work Trip And Had To Stay In This Hotel. I Never Stayed At A Drury Before But I Did Like The Room I Was In. I Had A King Bed And A Nice Window View. The Room Was Very Spacious. The Front Desk Associate, Richard, Provided Great Customer Service The Whole Week I Was There. I Like How They Had Breakfast And Supper Options. My Only Complaint Is The Staring. While I Understand That Not A Lot Of Black People Are From This Area , I Don’t Agree That It’s Okay To Stare At People Like They’re Animals At The Zoo. It Made It Very Uncomfortable To Enjoy Breakfast And Supper In The Lounge Area. But That Was How It Was Everywhere We Went In This City. Nonetheless, I Appreciate Richard’s Professionalism And The Cleaning Staff For Making My Room Clean Daily."
"Definitely one of the best Drury hotels I have stayed in. My room was clean and very spacious. All the added amenities where great! Definitely would recommend and choose to stay here again if I am in the area."
