"I didn’t like to beds they were very uncomfortable"
"I made a reservation at this property through Expedia which I needed to change while I was staying here. I wanted to shorten my stay but Expedia didn't want to refund my money. The assistant manager, Joel, went to bat for me. He pursued Expedia after calling his own corporate headquarters and was finally able to make Expedia refund the unused portion of my original reservation. It amounted to over $500. Needless to say, I am most appreciative to him for his efforts on my behalf. Joel has set the bar for customer service. Rarely do people do this in the day and age we live in. Much thanks to Joel and the other staff who are cordial, helpful and willing to serve!"
"Unacceptable! The last 20 minutes, ive called front office to see if any rooms were available. Around 9 pm on 8/12, and the front desk is too lazy to answer. Called like 10 times within 20 minutes since the location was closest to me. Never Again!!"
"Good in general; need to improve room cleanliness, floor was very sticky when we received the room, need to improve bed and pillow comfort, Wi-Fi password was not provided and can not found anywhere, no courtesy shampoo is provided."
