"I'm really sorry to say but this will be my very last time staying at this hotel.I feel bad because I've been coming here and staying at this hotel for a long time I'm sorry that one bad apple has to be the reason why.But , I will not be disrespected and made fun of by the staff. "Lovely stay for the weekend! It’s a great location to the downtown McAllen area and there’s also access to a running trail that’s great for dogs too. The trail takes you to a little town lake with some cool ducks. Breakfast was delicious. Love the beans. Service was wonderful."
"The service was good. The room they gave me had very small beds but that wasn't the worst thing. The sink did not have cold water. The phone didn't work. It wasn't the worst experience but it definitely wasn't the best. I doubt I would stay there again. The only reason I booked this room is because it was last minute and the Embassy Suites by Hilton at the Convention Center was sold out."
