"Excellent customer service, smiles, small talk. Clean room, sheets, pillow. AC was cold, usually toiletries. Microwaves, mini fridge, cable TV. No YouTube, Netflix aww. Breakfast was a full meal. Excellent!!"
"I recently stayed 2 nights Aug 14-16. After leaving I realized I left something behind. I called and spoke to one of the managers, Alex. I must say she was super helpful and really listened to what I was asking. I will continue to stay here when in McAllen because Alex really went above and beyond."
"The entire hotel staff is great. EVERYBODY always try to help. Excellent restaurants walkable nearby. Rooms have big fridge and microwave. The Bar Chief - Carlos Rodriguez - is a great guy - turned me onto some great restaurants"
