He checks in with his residents to make sure they're alright and follows up promptly to make sure I'm taken care of. I got super lucky finding a place at las colinas with him. Keep it up Jonathan!"
"So far so good. Only been here a week but the leasing process, walkthrough, and transfer from another Weidner property was seamless. Johnathan worked with me on move in dates, and kept me up to date on what was happening with the unit. I was able to walk through and point out a few things a couple days before I moved in that I didn’t like and they were taken care of. A dated community but i have new appliances and decent flooring. (Can’t speak for any other units). Will update as time goes on."
"Me and my wife moved to this apartment about 6 months ago. Honestly I don't know if there is anything negative to say about this apartment property. Management is amazing ( both old and new staff), always proactive and cordial. Maintenance team is so quick to fix issues and make your place feel like home.The community is great. By far the best place we ever been since like forever. I highly recommend this apartment property, you won't regret it."
"Have lived here a little shy of 2 years now and i couldn’t be happier. Apartments are very spacious and nice. Maintenance is great and very knowledgeable towards any problems that we’ve had. The Property manager is very kind, polite, and flat out great at what she does. The property is quiet and always very clean. 10/10 would recommend living here."
"Moving to Las Colinas has been very enjoyable and easy. Marivel is an absolute professional, she made the whole process stress free and was always around if any questions arose. The lead maintenance guy is very friendly and professional as well. We cannot say enough good things about the staff at Las Colinas. The apartments are a terrific value and very unique. We have absolutely no regrets and have enjoyed our time so far in this fantastic community."
