"The room was very spacious modern equipment. However, the bed mattress needs replaced because it’s very uncomfortable and gives a bad back. The carpet is wavy in some places of the room. The bathroom is very clean. The outside signs are very old and very faded and on one side to side was completely missing. This hotel is over priced at $145 a night."

"My in-laws and immediate family stayed here for one night. We were impressed with the size of the rooms and the cleanliness of the entire hotel. Eden, the front desk employee when we checked in was very friendly and personable. It's not a fancy hotel, but it is a nice, affordable stop for someone who wants a big step up from regular hotels. We would definitely stay here again."

"This is my typical backup hotel and is usually a good spot with clean rooms. My reservation was pre-paid and we had multiple attendees that travelled in from out of town and Uber'd to the hotel. Low and behold, after we got our bill - each one of us had a parking fee tacked on after we checked out - when there was no mention of any such fee on the website, at check-in, or at check-out. I proceeded to call and request a refund. I then was transferred to the manager - who said it can only be contested at check-out and it was too late. She ended up refunding the money, but I still have three others to get. Needless to say I am disappointed in the hotel tacking on this bogus charge and then stating it was my fault for not catching it in time. Check your bills as they add it to every room regardless if you used the parking lot."

"I frequently stay at Marriotts all over the country and especially in Midland for work. Well this one started bad right off the bat. They can see I am here for work, that the reservation was literally booked through work (it is a corporate credit card) and deny that they can accept that card. Except it has never been an issue at any other Marriott except this one. The bed also had some little fuzzy things that literally looked like bugs and I was not impressed. Plus the 3rd floor smells like hot rotting fish. Stay somewhere else, even one of the other Marriotts but don't stay here."

"Horrible hotel. TVs are tiny. Going on my second night and no housekeeping whatsoever. Called to ask for towels and they rudely said I could go down to get them. Reported the light wasn’t working at 6am. It is now after 9:30 pm and they never came. Elevator sounds like it’s going to give out every time you use it. Will never stay here again!!"
