"If you are looking for a very clean and maintained hotel, look no further! This was a very quiet hotel and I didn’t hear others walking overhead or shutting doors! The mattress and pillows were amazingly comfortable! The suites have a dishwasher, fridge and sink along with dishes and utensils. Plenty of towels in the bathroom. The exercise room has great choices and even has a peloton! Breakfast was good and provided the basics which as cereal, oatmeal, egg sandwiches, waffles and several breads. It has a refrigerator with milk and yogurt along with a juice dispenser. Staff are extremely friendly. I used the app to unlock my door and the side door which was so much easier! I will stay here every time!!!"
"Very nice hotel, it was home away from home, very friendly and welcoming staff. Room was very clean, cozy and comfortable. Breakfast was hot fresh and had a variety of selections. We will definitely be returning and booking here next trips and we 100% recommend you to stay here."
"The employees are all very friendly but specifically Karen. She is always making sure the trash is taken out, lobby is clean, and is always on top of everything. She also has a very good attitude and is extremely friendly to everybody she sees."
"I was in the area for a family event and I have to tell you hands down there service at this place is absolutely amazing. Karen at the front desk was not a "KAREN" she was truly kind helpful and went above and beyond to help. The housekeeping Manager was not sitting in the office handing out orders every time I saw her she had a bottle of cleaner in her hand and working alongside her team. The young lady that does breakfast always had the areas cleaned and kept the breakfast bar stocked. It's truly hard to keep everyone happy all the time- The team at this property went above and beyond to make sure every guest was made to feel special. I sat in the lobby a couple of days just to observe, and I have to tell you hands down every guest that comes into this property is treated with respect and dignity. It doesn't matter who you are or what you look like every staff member that I encounrered was truly kind. Thank you to EVERYONE for a fantastic stay."
