"I typically stay at Hilton hotels, but I wanted to give this hotel a try since I had some points to use. I stayed one night while passing through town. The elevator did not work for our floor(just that one floor), so we had to carry all of our luggage up the stairs. The rooms smelled horrible and there is a scented machine in the hallway that tries to cover up the smell. Water in the shower would go from hot to cold while showering. Disappointed that there was no complementary breakfast. The phones in the room do not connect to the front desk when trying to call. Overall it was a disappointing stay."
"This was just a last-minute book on a trip home so they had availability and we stayed the night. We've been on a six day trip and stayed in some really nice courtyards. This one was older. The air conditioner sounded like freight train, and the shower door sounded like it was coming off the hinges. The staff was nice. But corporate needs to make some upgrades. Photos were just an afterthought when leaving."
"The only issue was that the ice machines on the floors weren't working. Also, if you went out in the pool area, there was no key reentering. Had to prop the door open to get back in. Staff stated it was due to remodeling that area?"
"The experience was pleasant as the front desk receptionists were very friendly and helpful. Room was nice and clean. No issues on my behalf. Would make reservations again if needed."
"No complaints from me! I arrived early and they were happy to accommodate! Then my ac stopped working and they moved me rooms with no issues! I’d definitely stay here again."
