"I enjoyed my stay. Good value for money. Clean room. I don't love that housekeeping bangs on door every morning asking if I'm staying. Never had another hotel for that before."

"I stay here for extended periods of time for work, the only problem I have is that the cleaning ladies don’t know what a Do Not Disturb sign on the door means and wake you up when you work night shift"

"Explain to me this…. If this placard is hanging on the outside of your room door, it’s 9 AM, check out isn’t until noon, and you’ve paid for another night, why in the hell is housekeeping banging on the door at 9 AM loudly, obnoxiously loudly knocking, and saying housekeeping? Is that not the universal sign hanging on the door stating don’t bother me? I haven’t even been checked into my room eight hours why do I need housekeeping after eight hours? I haven’t even used anything yet! Not to mention on the website it said it was $85 a night, we get here and it’s twice that. The lady at the front desk when I spoke to her about this gave full effort to see if there was some kind of a mistake as to why they were knocking on my door. But when I asked to speak to the manager, she wouldn’t even come out of her office and I was not being irate or rude. When I questioned, why are they knocking at my door at 9 AM? Despite the fact I was very angry eight hours prior I paid 150 bucks for one night And housekeeping was already banging on my door to see if we were checking out when obviously we weren’t because we paid for another night just so she can get her rooms clean so she can get out of here. And another frustration is not a housekeeping can speak English. So needless to say, don’t stay here and use your do not disturb card because they can’t read it and if they can read it obviously they don’t know what it means."

"I recently stayed at the Quality Inn in Midland and had a fantastic experience. The standout feature was undoubtedly the manager, Anita, who was an absolute pleasure to work with. Her professionalism, attentiveness, and friendly demeanor made my stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend the Quality Inn in Midland, thanks to the awesome manager Anita who truly goes above and beyond for her guests."

"When my husband, who is African American, asked about a restroom when I was checking in, the clerk stated rudely that they had no public restrooms. Housekeeping did not even empty trash in the room! Although I have been a rewards member since 2003, Management was knocking at the door about us checking out at 12pm. Would not recommend, especially if you are AA. Will not return."
