"Arrived Monday 2/19/24, there was no hot water!!! The front desk said they were working on it. Two days later the elevator went out!!!"

"Arrived after 10pm after driving day. Check out time is 11 am but had someone knocking on door at 8 am asking if I was checking out today, waking me up. Then housekeeping knocking again at 8:45am. So wouldn't recommend if wanting to sleep past 8am."
"I have stayed here going on 9 months and I can't say enough positive things about it. The staff is very kind and thoughtful. Rooms are decent sized and the cost for a full kitchen room is pretty affordable. Tevan is the manager and he's a really good person. He'll bend over backward to help a guest out. I would definitely stay here again."
"The whole building even our room has a smell but it could be many reasons. People cooking there might be one of them. The Spanish lady at front desk was super professional. But the other guy has attitude problems. I went to extend for another day all he had to say was yes we can do it or not we can't. Keep it professional. He scold me like a little girl but I stayed quiet. Other than that my room seem clean. Plenty of parking and close to everything. You are not getting a deal in this hotel they don't even give you coffee and there is not an area to sit downstairs. I found a cheaper better hotel. Just try different ones"
