"The shower curtains are very dirty the towels are filthy and yellowish. The bed covers have black spots on them. The bathroom is so dirty the walls are coming off the water does not even come out. The tv control does not even work. Worst hotel in midland texas. The curtains have black spots and very dirty. No toilet paper. The bed sheets smell really bad."
"This place is run down, rooms were dirty, sheets were stained when we arrived, towels looked used. Asked management to have sheets changed while out today and nothing was done, came back to the same stained sheets. Unprofessional and unacceptable. If you're looking for a place to stay in the area, do yourself a favor and look somewhere else."
"This was the worst experience I've had yet with this hotel, and I've stayed here a few times and turned the other cheek when it came to the broken doors, and broken showers, and even to the females who come in this facility. Half dressed, totally inappropriate manners from the housekeeping crew. The lady threatening to kick my husband out if he smoked before we paid, was absolutely unnecessarily rude. But to make matters worse, the manager, and some other man smoking out of a Crack pipe in front is acceptable? Yeah, really professional. Causing a scene and banging on my door at 3am and scaring me and my children demanding my husband's firearm, is absolutely absurd! He did nothing wrong and the cops will tell you, but having us put out at 330am into 40° weather along with my children is ridiculous! I will be contacting RedRoof Inc, and business bureau, this place has issues within its staff and try to blame the customers. This place needs a sweep through and possibly shut down! Absolutely ABSURD, DO NOT STAY HERE!"
"My first stay I found microwave filthy, no fridge, and the safety lock on the door was broken. The owner made it right and got us a fridge and fixed the lock. A month later, I gave them another chance, hoping they had improved. Checked in and went to our room, and it hadn't even been cleaned . Beds unmade dirty towels in the bathroom. I called 2 weeks in advance for our reservation. They had already charged my credit card. I was told it was refunded, although it hasn't been credited to my account yet. I will never return. The front desk employees are really great people but 2 different bad experiences a month apart is enough for me!"
