"Hotel isn’t to accommodating with the breakfast situation. Didn’t have clean plates or bowls. Only had a sausage and cheese sandwich, not even eggs. Get this fixed and take care of your guests."
"Juanita Baker is very unprofessional and is the most awful person so far. The staff there have no customer service and seem to be laughing at their customers. I been trying to get a hold of Juanita Baker for a week now, who they say is the General Manager. The only thing I been receiving is lies. I travel to Midland quite a bit and will try to ignore this location. If you are reading this do yourself a favor get a hotel elsewhere. Please be careful and do not come to this Hotel."
"I have visited this location a few times while visiting for work. The rooms are decent sizes. The last time my towels looked as if they were there from the last person, so I made a call for service and the young lady brought me new towels in about 10 minutes. I was a bit disappointed this last time that room service didn’t come clean my room even though I requested daily service while I was there. This one does have the fridge and dishwasher and sink for use. Which is nice to have when we have to be there all week for work."
"Hotel room was clean and had everything I needed. It’s in a good spot with plenty of places to eat as well. The only improvement I would suggest is equipment fixed in gym and to use the standard burner pans for breakfast. Breakfast selection was ok. Matt Fenton"
"The shower was dirty. The fire alarm randomly went off in the middle of the night. The ac sounded like a diesel running in the room. The room phone didn't work. The location was in great place."
