"Worst customer service increase the manager Alonso the assistant. They put you on the waiting list for an apartment and they even don't call you. And when you are in the waitlist supposedly there's no one and why are you calling everyday to check update it's already rent after days calling."

"The Apartments are recently built and Look great from a far but the maintenance Guy has no idea what he is doing. Water has been out three times twice this weekend and once today without any emails, phonecalls or notices to residents. Meanwhile a pipe burst/leak is spilling all over the lawns and road! Hire someone who actually has knowledge in picking up trash and fixing busted pipes and ur Gold"

"I lived here for about a year and a couple months due to the price increase after living here for after a year. We originally paid $795 and the price jumped to $920 FOR A ONE BEDROOM just for not being on a contract. The lady at the front desk (Rosemary) is very rude, unprofessional, & nosy and will accuse you of things that are not true!!! Not to mention she’s a resident there as well.. so will ALWAYS be In Your business! DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. THERES BETTER OUT THERE!! & to the owner I really suggest you look into new management. She is horrible."

"I was called at 4:04 by the manager and told if I wanted this apartment, I needed to be there before 5:30. I was told to get a money order for the cost of a background check. I got ready and stopped to get the money order and arrived at 10 minutes to 5 to find the doors closed and locked. I knocked and waited and then I called to let them know I was there. I saw a maintenance man and so he let me in and called the manager to let her know I was here. Whenever arrived, she didn't greet me she just said I told you we closed at 5:30 and we do not have time to complete an application now. I remindered her she told me to arrive by 5:30 and I was here before 5. She walked into her office stating I would need to make an appointment for tomorrow . I was shocked. Her assistant then made the appointment. Mind you I had called these apartments more than a month ago and this was the first contact. I made my appointment the next morning and completed the paperwork which took about 20 minutes. I did ask to see the apartment but was told it was not ready for viewing. I left and in a few hours they called me back and said my background check had come back and I was approved. She then told me I needed to come in now and see the apartment and move in the next day or I would lose the apartment. I told her I could not come in as I had other appointments but would come the following morning and could view the apartment and move in. My other appointment was with another housing opportunity and they were so nice and so welcoming and went above and beyond to make sure I would love to be a resident there. This morning I called Green Jay to leave them a message I would not become a resident at their apartments. To my surprise the manager answered the phone. So, I told her that I was canceling due to choosing another place. She said, I thought so and slammed the phone down. This was a new experience for me. I have never been treated so rudely or disrespected so much from someone who I would be paying for services. I would rather be homeless than live under the management style of a woman who clearly does not like us low income people."

"While I was searching for an apartment, Rose Mary provided all the information I needed in a timely and professional manner. Although I will not be able to rent there, since I am over income, I felt the need to praise her for all the attention she provided me and explaining the affordable housing program to me. 5 stars to her."
