"My husband and I have had BlueCross BlueShield of TN for years. For the past two weeks, we have been trying to connect with someone at BCBST to help answer some questions we have about the different plans at BCBST. We have been hung up on by a BCBST employee. We have been told by BCBST that they will give us a call back at a certain time to help us, and they never call back. We have had BCBST employees push us off on other employees who also cannot answer any questions. None of their employees can answer simple questions about their plans. Some of them were very rude. BCBST is a total joke. So, yesterday, we switched our business over to United Healthcare. They were very polite and willing to help. I encourage you to do the same ASAP."
