"I frequent this location a lot since it is 5 minutes from my home. The crew that worked tonight were just there. Not hospitality whatsoever. The store smelled of marijuana. There was a gentleman who stated that he no longer works there, directing the gentleman who was working, to give his discount to a customer since his discount is still active. There was no sense of professionalism from anyone with a green shirt on. I will not be back to this location."
"I brought an unopened item back to this store with a receipt. The barcode was a bit faded but the barcode numbers were there. I was told that I had to drive all the way back to the location that I purchased it at because they couldn't scan the barcode....even though they clearly had an O'Reilly's receipt with a barcode number on it. This is why I stopped going to O'Reilly's."
