Love's Travel Stop

"My experience was I was treated cruelty and like a criminal due to being a white person. Everyone working there was cruel and disrespectful the fat black guard followed me like some criminal. If I was you truck drivers and regular drivers if u are not black don't go here I dated black me and I am married to a white man so e of my children are mixed so today I was appalled at the treatment I received never will I recommend this place I am a trucker with great respect for what the truck stop employees deal with daily but no one should ever feel the way I did."

"This is by far the WORST Loves I've ever visited. As truck drivers, we depend on these stops so we can get clean and eat. The showers are NASTY. I was assigned a shower and when I went to go in, some guy came out from just brushing his teeth. Nothing was cleaned. Sink was wet and gross. When I got out, I went to get some hot dogs from the grill and the buns were thrown into the drawer frozen. I decided against it and left, not feeling much cleaner and still hungry."

"So filthy!!!! We were here for about 6 to 8 hours, and I have never seen a Loves Travel Stop, so unattended in the woman's bathrooms like this one. In the morning, the bathrooms looked dirty with dirty counters and dirty floors, so I figured they might get cleaned within the next few hours, but I was completely wrong! Not only did the bathrooms not get cleaned or attended, but they were actually way worse to point that there was feces in the floor in one of the stalls, and in another one, someone had vomitted (pucked) all over the stall including the actual toilet. I told one of the employees on the disel side, and she sent me to another employee on the gas side, and when I told her her she was annoyed. I told her this is the only Loves that I have ever seen such mess. On the good side the tire shop fixed our tires super fast!"

"Coffee machines are out of order, coffee pots are either unused or empty. Showers all need cleaned, despite being told they’re occupied. FYI, most of us trucker understand how to read the shower status screen behind the fuel desk. If you’re going to lie, at least hide the shower status screen from us. Read the other reviews for this loves. It’s a common occurrence. The store isn’t busy and there’s at least 4 staff members working this morning. 2/10. They really know how to ruin a good morning."

"Wow, I'm a CDL Driver and I've see a lot of love across the country, and this is one of the worst. I fuel here three times a week and use my points to buy roller items for lunch. They never have any Chilli or cheese. No onions, today the soda machine was turn off. Is it the labor? the person placing the food order? Get your act together, we drivers have very little options when it comes to lunch. We deserve better."
