"I tried to call today to get a price quote. I was put on hold to the term can you hold. Before I could even respond. Boom on hold forced to listen to old Jeff Foxworthy stand up.15 minutes. I hung up to call again. When the lady that answers the phone answered. I actually told her I was on hold for 10 minutes. Trying to be polite. After telling her of my lengthy on hold wait. Her response was (yeah) in a snipity tone. I hung up, figured just to avoid this lady. I would pay shipping and order from a different location in another state. Guess what this rude woman answers all three phone numbers. Crud If I could give their customer service less than a zero. Because I was never actually spoken to. Customer care is horrible at this place. Amazon is easier to deal with and I am sure their prices are lower anyway."
