"I ordered Katzkins for my truck. This was the place chosen by them for my installation. First off, my leather arrived earlier than anticipated and these kind people offered me an earlier installation date. I took it of course. Install was to take 2 days according to Katzkins. Well, at 4:15 THE SAME DAY I DROPPED MY TRUCK OFF, I was called and told to come get it-installation was complete-and beautifully done. These folks are awesome!and beautifully perfect"

"Terrible, first enter shop at 10:01 after they opened then stood at counter for service while they finished breakfast (5 minutes). We were told that it would take hour an half, it took three! When arrived to pick up, even though it was not as dark as we would like side windows still had small bubbles visible. Owners attitude really was unprofessional when trying to explain to clients his products! While at counter he stated: "It want look ghetto!" I don't know where that came from but we was definitely not pleased!!! AVOID!!"
