"I originally came in to have a paintless dent repair performed via my insurance company.. While there, I inquired about some scratches on my driver door. I was quoted an extremely reasonable price and proceeded to make an appointment for just a few days later.. I waited while they worked and couldn't believe that they were able to finish an entire door within two and a half hours! It was dry, ready to go, and It looked like new again! "We attempted to have a ding removed from the quarter panel of our car. We scheduled an appointment and when we arrived at 8am on a Tuesday, no one was there. We waited for over an hour, got fed up and left. We later called to check to reschedule (we understand unfortunate circumstances). The man explained he had a medical issue and asked to reschedule as he had to close that day. We rescheduled for a week later. We finally were able to get in and the ding is better but very obvious that it remains present. It looks less like a ding and more like a ripple. We paid and chalked it up as a lesson learned. The establishment was FILTHY and shady looking as the surrounding area. There was also no place to park. We will be heading to MidSouth Dent Pro next week instead."

They attempted the paintless dent repair and we're not happy with the outcome so we ended up doing a full repair at an extremely fair price. The people here are super friendly and great to work with.
