Shoe store in Windsor

“It is called a Shoe Surgery but i have only used it for a CAR KEY and a GARAGE REMOTE. I have utilised this this business twice. The first time I needed a remote for the garage door. Chris, the proprietor, sold me one but i couldn't get it to work. So he came to my home, free of charge, and set it up for me. I live very local, I am not suggesting that he would do this for everyone, but I could not have been more impressed. Then recently my car key snapped. I went to VW and they said a new key would cost around $570 and it would take 10 days for it to be shipped out from Singapore. I decided to shop around. I went to Chris at Sids Shoe Surgery and he explained that he could give me an after market key that would work but as soon as VW serviced the car they would neutralise is so it would not work any more. Then he asked if I had all the parts ofthe original key. I did. He transfered the chip from the original into the new one and it works a dream. It cost $150 and was done while I waited. That was a saving of $420! I am extremely impressed with this business.”

“Yesterday afternoon both my Polaris Booster Pump and my salt water chlorinator decided their time was up. Today (28 December 2022) I contacted a number of retailers to see if they could assist. Without doubt Pool and Spa Warehouse provided the best response in timeliness, efficiency and price. There is no doubt that their competitors are not as customer focused. I went into the Kirrawee store at 10 am and by 2 pm the booster pump and chlorinator has been supplied and fitted (at what I consider to be a very fair price). Unfortunately I didn't get the young lady's name, but she was wonderful. Serving multiple customers at one time, always smiling and very helpful.
