“I went in today with my two boys for last minute school shoes, and like the other three shoe shops we'd visited, this store was overflowing with parents doing the same. However, the service we received here was a hundred times better than the others we'd been to. Despite the crowds and the pressure, Kelly who served us was lovely, very thorough with fitting the boys, and went so far as to track down a pair of shoes we were after at another branch, arranging for a transfer so that we can pick them up before school starts next week. It's refreshing to have a positive shopping experience; thanks so much Kelly!”

“My mum and I went in looking for recommendations for our different needs of shoes. We were greeted by a very lovely and warm girl named Annalise who was very smiley and so so helpful. She pulled lots of different shoes for the both of us and explained the different benefits and downsides of each shoes in relation to our various injuries and sporting needs. Whatever she is being paid she needs to be paid more, the BEST customer experience I have ever had. I would recommend athletes foot at Miranda to all of my friends solely off this wonderful experience. My mum and I both left happy with a pair of shoes each and some socks to match! “Today I contacted the store in regards to some shoes I was desperate to purchase . A lovely young man by the name of Luca answered ,and what an absolute gem of a person.He knew exactly what I was after,he looked it up to make sure they were in the store,and not only did he inform me that the size I enquired about was there,but he also mentioned the sizes below and above were available and if I came into the store he would have them there for myself to try on to find the perfect fit. On arrival I went to the counter and Luca was there .He was onto it straight away.We also had many a conversation and he really knew how to make someone feel that extra bit special. His Customer Service was outstanding and this young man is an absolute asset to this Company.There need to be more people like Luca in this world.You leave the store feeling happy and wanting to return knowing you will be well looked after and not just a number. I didn’t buy shoes in store as I wanted to order them online but the selection was amazing and the staff were so attentive and helpful :) will definitely be back for all of my running/sport purchases”
