"We have just started our third year at Deerfield Place. When we were ready to downsize from the sale of our home, we looked at several apartments in the area. Deerfield Place was by far the best! The complex offers many amenities. Some of these are a fitness center, swimming pool, a variety of planned activities, and all rentals have an attached garage. While the facility is superior, what really makes it is the dedicated and hard working staff. They are very friendly and always there when we need them. On the rare occasion when we have had a maintenance issue, all we needed to do was sign into the residence portal and enter the request. They are very efficient getting the wok done! We would highly recommend visiting Deerfield Place to anyone seeking a townhouse or apartment!"
"Great place to live. This is our third year at Deerfield. We have thoroughly enjoyed living here. The management and maintenance team have always been courteous and attentive to our needs. Our neighbors are great and we feel safe overall as we’ve never had an issue. The modern, spacious apartments sold us initially. Well kept lawns, constantly plowed roads in the winter, pool, gym and doggie park have made it a joy to stay!"
