"Well I just moved in the people upstairs run all hours the apartment is cold and till this I'm still waiting for them to get back to me on how you buzz people in when they come to visit o and forgot an infestation of flys in the apartment when I went to take my stuff it's been a nightmare honestly I was suppose to get a 3 bedroom but since there was none available I toke a two bedroom and they gave me the smallest one it looks like. I go to the websites floorplan none of the two bedrooms even match the one I have once my lease is over I'm moving out the website also was misleading said that they'd have gas and wifi nope none, pictures of the place showed washer and dryer but they have a laundry room it's very misleading and disappointing to be honest thought they be great"

"I moved here in April and it was a mess. I was ready to pack and leave again but when Jazmine the new leasing office manager came in she did a whole 180 and the building is by far the best always clean always kept up. She’s always friendly and willing to respond to any issues or questions that I have, so far no complaints."

"Got calls saying a spot has opened up and we call, never getting response and one of the numbers doesn’t even work. I don’t understand how we are supposed to get into contact with the building? If need be I’ll just go there. Please fix the numbers."

"My experience may be one-off but here's what I experienced; the application process is old, and bizarre; requiring a $16 money order (not mobile pay?) for application processing, also IRS tax return files; property management staff was neither knowledgeable nor reasonable. Luckily I found another apartment where although the rent is $500 more per month, the staff is more courteous and sophisticated."
