"i went to the office to tell them about a person who had smashed my car window and side mirror. i was on the verge of tears and nothing was done because of the positioning of surveillance cameras. .this is just ONE incident, tenants there are dirty and loud and all sorts of creepy and harassing."

"I'll put this right out there, Rebecca Smith, the property manager rules this place with a stern but fair atmosphere. She is wonderful to her tenants and puts thier safety and welfare first. She is the jewel of Kennedy Plaza."

"Lived here for about 2 years pretty nice stay. The apartments were quite small but still able to live in. Neighbors were really loud and I made a few complaints about a lady who lived below me playing music loudly at night, but no changes were made."

"The setup of the building is nice however that is only a small part of what makes an apartment complex. Ventilation is terrible so the mix of smells from all the apartments is very undesirable and you can't really keep it from making its way into yours. There are several great residents who make you feel welcome but that is only a small portion. The rest are rude, inconsiderate, and loud. Positives are that the price and size of the apartments are nice. Maintenance seems to be on top of things and willing to help with anything. The front office staff are nice. There is ample parking, and affordable vending services. Also has your own PO box on site. My biggest complaint and the reason I moved out after only two months is smoking. They apparently allow smoking in this building. I was not aware of this while signing my lease. When I brought up the concern their response was " we only have to disclose if it is non smoking". I truly do not care if that is the case. I have the same right to know as a smoker would need to know if it was smoke free. Legal obligations aside it is morally correct to bring this up during the paperwork process, seeing that most apartment complexes do not allow smoking. And because of this I was put under severe financial difficulty to try and get myself into another apartment while this place kept my $520 deposit. Even though my apartment was left in a cleaner condition than when I moved it. Maybe I was just raised differently but there were several things wrong here that I find are common sense not to do. If you have patience, maybe you're a smoker, or maybe you just don't give crap, then this place is for you. But I've found myself much happier in my new place for only a few bucks more."
