"My wife and I love this hotel. Rooms are always clean, and the staff is always polite and professional. But, truth be told, we love the location. It's within walking distance to our favorite restaurant in Utica, Delmonico's. Now, there's a reason to go to Utica."

"We arrived with 6 kids at 11pm to what we had thought was going to be rooms that were connected. However, they gave us two rooms far apart. The sweet girl helping us was the best part. She was trying so hard but they were sold out. She saw that we had asked for joining rooms but apparently they ignored the request. Aside from us not getting into a room until an hour later (with 6 kids who were exhausted) This was the nastiest hotel I’ve stayed in. There was throw up in the stairs and outside the room across from us. It is 9:30 am and no one has cleaned it yet. Vomit just lying on the floor. I have told several employees and it has been there since last night. Again, the sweet girl who helped us needs a raise and a new job - she should not be working at such a nasty place. First and last time staying at Marriott."

"Had an issue with the shower and talked to staff about it which they resolved. Pool was cold. Was presently surprised of the great customer service experience we had the entire stay. Front desk brought us extra towels and breakfast attendant was amazing! Going above and behind!"

This Fairfield Inn location is very nice, comfortable, and centrally located within walking distance of a handful of restaurants, an ice cream parlor and other attractions. However, the effortlessly 5 Star Golden service you will receive from Alyssa elevates the overall experience and makes your stay accommodating and pleasant."

The staff was very kind and accommodating, the continental breakfast far surpassed my expectations and the maintenance man, Barry, was very kind and thanked us several times for our business.
