"If I could do half stars I would give this place a 3.5. The receptionist was friendly and the rooms were nice, but the bathroom was dirty. There were hairs in the tub so I had to wash it out myself before I could use it. There was also some white stuff on the floor so it looked like they hadn't fully vacuumed the room. I will say the breakfast was better than other hotels I've stayed at. Also we were only here for 1 night and the cleaning people came knocking on the door before we even checked out. I think if the cleaning people paid more attention to detail this would be a great place to stay. That being said I would stay here again in a pinch but it wouldn't be my 1st choice."
"Check-in was so easy and convenient. The room was so comfortable and clean. It was very refreshing to know that I was sleeping on clean linens. After a great night sleep they had a complementary breakfast available @6am and the food was delicious. Can't wait to stay again."
"Overall a good stay. Room was nice and clean. Would have rated it higher but the place was in need of some repairs. It’s the attention to details that makes the best impression. The third floor heat was out for the hallway. Room was nice and warm. Toilet seat was loose and liked to move around. Soap dispenser was about to fall off the wall. Enjoyed my stay. Quiet and clean."
"So the staff was nice and the room cleanliness was ok. There has been a face-lift since the last time I stayed here. However, I booked a studio suite. As a long standing Hilton diamond member that designation is something different than what I got. This was a slightly larger room with a love seat. So if you expect the standard Hampton studio suite you will be disappointed as I was."
"Great price options. Took a cheaper option for 2 adult 1 child. Cute room, clean and tidy. Big TV with lots of free channel options, as well as Netflix, etc. if you want to sign in. The pool isn't big or deep, but good for a little relaxation or family time with smaller children. Easy to get to off of the highway, and plenty of parking by the main door. Parking lot is clean and well lit, and feels safe at all hours. Front desk staff very friendly and helpful. Complimentary breakfast was decent, with good options, though nothing was spectacular. Free coffee in carafes at front entrance makes for easy refueling while on the way to or from the many fun things to do in Utica."
