"What can I say. Everything is cheaper than it should be. Nice flannel shirt $7. Thick winter jacket $40. Go to name brand xxxxx it's $50 shirts and $200 jackets. This is not that. Everything is an amazing deal and there's no catches. Love coming here for everything. Clothes, cookware, furniture, you name it it's here for a good price."
"They need more employees covering, the kiosks. 3 different times I had to wait over 30 minutes to even be acknowledged. I was there before other customers and still passed up for service. This happened multiple times."
"I love Boscov's, the prices and quality of the clothes but I hate that there is hardly any carts to shop with. I have a bad back and I can't carry everything around while I am shopping. There is hardly any registers open and when I finally find one there is a line a mile long. The people in charge need to look into all of this and make it better for the shoppers."
