"absolutely terrible! The day I got fitted their system was down so it took forever to get fitted and apparently they did a poor job. when I picked up my suit the coat was too small and the pants fit, however when you would go to sit they fell of my body. The day of the pick up they told be there was nothing they could do. it was so bad that I could not wear them to the wedding I rented the suit for and had to wear slacks that did not match. When I took the suit to the Men's Warehouse they said I should have come sooner to pick them up on the day my pick up was scheduled. The Clifton Park store is terrible and you should avoid it at all costs. I did not even get an apology the day I picked up the suit or the day I dropped it off. Avoid at all costs. Looking forward to the lame apology over the computer in the comments"

"I went to return a suit jacket yesterday. The hours say they close at 6pm. I showed up at 5:35pm and the doors were locked. I got someone to open the door and process my return. I paid cash for the jacket, but he refused to give a cash refund. Said he didn’t have enough cash to refund it. It’s the end of the day and you don’t have enough to refund a single item. Said they have to mail a check that would take 5 days, I reluctantly agree cause he wouldn’t give cash. I receive the email receipt for the refund and it says it’s going to take 14 business days. This is ridiculous."
