"The store is great. But online is a problem. I ordered 2 goalies sticks and sting items for my youth lacrosse program. The shipping address did not match the billing address because we are youth lacrosse organization, so the billing address belongs to our treasure, and shipping belong to the equipment manager. They tried to contact me by phone, but since I missed a call from a toll free number, not a NY number were the company is located. They did not send a email which is the way communications for this order had been done in the past. When I ask to speak to some in customer service or a supervisor, I was told by "cam" that he did not have a contact or a direct line for me. Now I will not have stick in time for my season. There many online lacrosse store, just use those ones instead."

"Small place with a friendly staff. Will be able to take of all your lacrosse needs. Did a great job getting it our daughter her first set of gear and helping us parents know what to get when we were clueless."

"Just bought a Lakota 3 head for my son to string and was a great experience. Unlike the last few times we stopped by, the store was clean, tidy, organized and well stocked. Evan was fairly new but you could tell he was a real find and was doing an outstanding job. He was super helpful and very professional. Would give 5 stars but the other times we went to the store in the last year the store was a mess and we took our business to another unnamed store in Latham. Maybe separate the back end where some head stringing work is done from customers with at least with a half wall? Small loyalty discounts for local teams / long time shoppers could certainly help drive a 5 star rating as well."

"Hello! I’m not sure who to contact, but I’m sitting in front of your store trying to pick up my daughters stick they we dropped off last week to be restrung. The store is closed at it is 5:36pm. We were told it would be done on Monday we called and it wasn’t done. I was told to come back yesterday after 1pm as it was the next in line to be done by the girl that was coming in at 11. We came at 3:30pm, not only was her stick not done, it wasn’t even in the store, “the girl” took it home. I came back today as I was promised it would be here. It is 5:36pm, the store open sign is in the window and no one is here. I’ve called the number listed and it goes to a personal voicemail box that is full. I don’t know what has happened to this store. We’ve been very loyal customers for 3 kids that all play LAX over many years. EDITED TO ADD: I changed my 1 star review to 3 stars. After calling the corporate number I did receive a call back. They did apologize and the stick was hand delivered to my home and apology made by the local manger at no cost."
