"Folks listen up, google does not provide you with enough stars to appropriately rank Alpin Haus. The customer service experience I had with them was unbelievable. I purchased a pair of ski goggles here and discovered a manufacturing error with said goggles. This issue, of course, was not Alpin Haus’ fault. Instead of leaving me to deal with the issue myself, they took responsibility to not only contact the goggle makers sales rep, but replace them. All the while, they kept a steady stream of communication and updates with me. It ruled. Through the whole process, I was reminded of a John Mulaney quote, “It is so much easier not to do things than to do them, that you would do anything is totally remarkable”, so with that in mind let me say this folks, Alpin Haus is “totally remarkable”"
