"It's getting harder to find items here. I hear associates say if it can't be found then go online to find it. That's fine but then you get charged a delivery fee. Store is really going downhill. I went in to find jeans and there are less then there were when I was in a month ago."
"So very expensive and the staff are rude. The one cashier I walked up to huffed and slammed her phone down and appeared to be irraited that she had to do her job. She didn't give me the total, she said NOTHING at all. Just point blank rude. She obviously doesn't like her job. All the staff ignore u."
"Ok place. Staff was very helpful. Clean place.. I just feel like it didn't have a lot of things that you could find at boscov's very limited supply of sizes to fit you. I'm a 38 waist and the only thing that was appealing to me but they didn't have my size. My eleven-year-old daughter had a concert that night and there was nothing there for her at all as far as a dress a shirt, and a decent pair of shoes. But that's a subjective view from me. I would assume some people get everything want there."
"On line shopping was great at this store. Ordering and pick up were easy. Returning an item was hassle free as well. The employee at the pick up/return counter (Cathy) was pleasant and very helpful. I have M.S. and when I picked up my order, Cathy not only walk to the exit door with my bags, but she actually carried everything to my car for me as well. She also informed me of the JCPenny app that will make my future pick ups easy with the curbside pick up feature. She was a great representative for the store and I will continue to shop there on line."
